Team leader for Property Condition Assessments, specializing in historic and downtown SF high rise buildings.  Teams included structural and mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing engineers, life safety and code specialists, accessibility experts, elevator consultants, and field technicians.  Mentored development of junior professionals.

AllWest Environmental, San Francisco, CA 2009-2014:  Associate/Architect
Performed Property Condition Assessments per ASTM standards for office buildings, resorts, apartment complexes and schools throughout the West Coast.  Assessments included architectural, site, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, finish and disabled access evaluations.
